Based on an extensive survey conducted at the end of 2019, Posintra’s recommendation rate – namely Net Promoter Score – is again excellent. Feedback was sought from customers and stakeholders.
We wanted to know, how we have performed from our customer’s point of view – where have we succeeded and what needs to be improved.
We sent two Net Promoter Score surveys focusing on either business counselling or development projects to our clients. The response rate to the survey was good and we received excellent feedback on the basis of which we continue to develop our services. Thank you for the feedback!
Posintra’s NPS for the business counselling is +75 and for the development projects +72. Both recommendation rates are excellent.
